Definitions and Interpretation

User: The person for whom BookdiaFork has agreed to provide the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Booking: Any agreement for restaurant reservations and use of all services through the BookdiaFork platform.

Party: A restaurant booking for more than 10 people requiring special arrangements.

Account Responsibilities

Account Holders

When you create an Account with BookdiaFork, you become the contracting party responsible for the services provided. You must ensure your profile information is accurate and up-to-date.

Authorized Use

If registering on behalf of your employer or restaurant, you must use a business email and confirm your authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

Booking Process and Confirmations

Reservation Management

Our reservation system allows customers to make online reservations with customizable fields for party size, seating preferences, and dietary requirements. Confirmation emails will include all essential details: date, time, number of guests, and any special requests.

Enhanced User Experience

The platform uses conditional logic to show or hide fields based on user responses, such as displaying dietary restrictions only when meals are selected. This streamlines the booking process and reduces administrative workload.

Client Agreements and Terms

Agreement Requirements

Users may be required to agree to specific terms before completing bookings. These agreements form legally binding contracts between BookdiaFork and its clients.

Terms Acceptance

To proceed with reservations, clients must agree to the terms by checking required agreement fields. If the agreement is marked as required, users cannot proceed without acceptance.

Platform Rights and Limitations

BookdiaFork reserves the right to:

- Remove or refuse products and services

- Require documentation to resolve account ownership disputes.

- Immediately terminate accounts for verbal or written abuse toward staff.

Payment and Deposit Terms

The different requirements for deposits are set out in the booking schedule. Various payment arrangements and cancellation terms apply based on the specific reservation type.

Term and Renewal Provisions

Service Terms

The Initial Term commences on the booking date and continues for the duration specified in the reservation. Upon termination or expiration, any unpaid amounts for services become due in full.

Automatic Renewals

For recurring services, automatic renewal terms may apply with thirty (45) days written notice required for opt-out prior to the end of the current term.

User Responsibilities and Liability

Users are invited to read these provisions carefully and note their responsibilities, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and limitations on BookdiaFork's liability. These Terms apply to all contracts of any kind made between BookdiaFork and its clients, covering all reservations, bookings, and agreements for dining services.
